All on-line, phone or fax by credit card orders will be shipped normally within 1-2 working days.

Money Order and Check orders will be shipped immediately after your Money Order or check has been cleared.

Standard shipments will be sent by FedEx or UPS Ground, USPS first class or priority mail which usually arrive in about 1 to 5 business days depending on your shipping point. Next Day or Express delivery is available with extra shipping and handling charges.

We will email the tracking number to you at the date we ship your order through UPS. Please make sure your email address is correct and current.

Please note: FedEx or UPS Ground delivery is only available to street addresses located in the contiguous 48 United States. UPS does not ship to Postal Box (PO, APO, FPO) addresses.

If you order online from Canada without contacting us, we will add extra US$15.00 per order to your credit card for shipping charge.
